How to do business with us!

The website mainly works for B2B / Wholesales business model. Registration is mandatory to place an order on our website.

You are required to fill the Registration Form with all mandatory fields along with trade documents, mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

The information you provide will not be disclosed to any party, its affiliated companies, and other companies with which GAG has arranged services. Registration requires approvals from different departments to get access to the customer dashboard. See the Terms and Conditions and Frequently Asked Questions page for additional details.

Being a registered customer, you have access to all inventory, you can search with an individual part number or with the bulk upload of an excel file. Once you have compiled the order you can use flexible payment (read payment terms and condition page) and shipping methods.

A designated Sales Agent will assist the customer with the entire process, he can also place an order on the customer’s behalf. Every registered customer will have an Account manager/sales agent.

How to Place an Order in our Online Store

• Search the part number through a simple web search or through CSV upload 
• Enter the quantity to check the price
• Add to cart
• Request for quotation
• Place / submit an order

Your order will be processed only after prepayment and released after full payment. The information about payment methods is listed in Payment terms and conditions.

How to Monitor Orders

You can monitor the detailed history and status of your processed orders on the My Orders page.

We suggest different modes of monitoring:

• All current ordered positions - shows all the orders which are currently in process, pending, picking and packing in progress, etc.
• By order number - search with order number 
• All - shows all orders within a specified period

How to Dispatch

We are offering two different shipping options.

• We are partnered with our sister company Gallega logistic- providing international freight forwarding services.
• Shipment On request- The customer can inquire about shipping prices through the online inquiry form next to each order.
• Pick up from store- customer can get the shipment from our warehouse
