The website mainly works for B2B / Wholesales business model. Registration is mandatory to place an order on our website.
You are required to fill the Registration Form with all mandatory fields along with trade documents, mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
The information you provide will not be disclosed to any party, its affiliated companies, and other companies with which GAG has arranged services. Registration requires approvals from different departments to get access to the customer dashboard. See the Terms and Conditions and Frequently Asked Questions page for additional details.
Being a registered customer, you have access to all inventory, you can search with an individual part number or with the bulk upload of an excel file. Once you have compiled the order you can use flexible payment (read payment terms and condition page) and shipping methods.
A designated Sales Agent will assist the customer with the entire process, he can also place an order on the customer’s behalf. Every registered customer will have an Account manager/sales agent.
Your order will be processed only after prepayment and released after full payment. The information about payment methods is listed in Payment terms and conditions.
